We are looking for a Customer Order Fulfilment Manager to join our On-Wing Aftermarket Operations team, reporting to the Vice President, Services Control Centre (SCC). The role is responsible for supporting all our global airline customers and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) customer spare parts orders, and lead a Spares Support Group of 15+ Customer Parts Planners to deliver this.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the focal point for the co-ordination of resources and tasks within the Customer Order Fulfilment process, ensuring high quality customer communication and swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Build and motivate a strong, high performing team, using technical knowledge to nurture, develop and mentor others.
  • To ensure achievement of all customer commitments (quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness).
  • To identify, develop and implement improvement in Orders Management systems and processes.
  • Managing and developing customer relationships to provide resolution of customer issues relating to orders.
  • Using effective relationships with projects and supply chain units to maximise delivery performance. Engagement with key functional groups, (Duty Managers, Quality, Programmes, Warehouse & Logistics, Export controls & Finance) to ensure successful on time delivery of customer orders.
  • Supporting the delivery of the required business performance and financial commitments agreed for the business.
  • Creating an environment for continuous business improvement through cross team working and the application of team principles.
  • Acting as the point of escalation within the business for all Services Parts related issues.
