Job Description

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team across various activities including advertising vacancies, organising and co-ordinating interviews with candidates, updating the applicant tracking system and managing various projects.

You’ll build and develop strong internal relationships while promoting and enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.

The salary for this role is Β£27,200 and as part of our hybrid working approach, this role offers a mix of office working in Culham, Oxford three days per week and home working.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) , including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.

Demonstrable recruitment experience within an agency or in-house,
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational and problem-solving capability
A proactive attitude to personal development, embracing new responsibilities and opportunities
