We are currently recruiting for a Submarine Production Supply Chain Engagement Lead to join our Submarine Production Supply Chain Management Team.

What you will be doing:
The Submarine Production Supply Chain function is responsible for establishing the Dreadnought and SSNA supply chain, ensuing the supply chain is able to support the build drum beat moving from existing 36 month on DN to 18 month on SSNA. Managing the full cycle of the supply chain, ensuring delivery inline with the shipyards require in yard dates, to agree quality standards and cost. Develop and implement clear supply chain acquisition strategies to maximize opportunities on both programmes, whilst minimise any risk. Develop and implement common MI and tools for both programmes, hold regular governance meetings with the supply chain, parties and broader stakeholders to ensure performance and Continuous improvement to meet the broader programme milestones. Work with the broader SDA stakeholders SMT and SMEAC to influence broader SDA programmes to support Submarine Production programme outcomes. To achieve this it is critical we have "once voice" to the supply chain covering both programmes
The Supply Chain Engagement Lead will support the Submarine Production Supply Chain Engagement Manager ensuring a consistent approach is taken to supplier engagement and communication across Dreadnought and SSNA. Developing and implementing the Supply Chain engagement roadmap for both programmes. To increase awareness and performance on both programmes.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
