Job Description
The Site Masterplanning Engineering Lead is responsible for defining and coordinating the overall site masterplan for a large-scale nuclear infrastructure project. The role ensures alignment between engineering design, site constraints, construction sequencing, and project milestones within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize the site masterplan, including layout, zoning, and phasing
Translate project strategy into practical, constructible site development scenarios
Integrate constructability, logistics, access, safety, and future operations constraints
Coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines (civil, structural, systems, utilities, equipment)
Ensure spatial and scheduling consistency between engineering deliverables and construction plans
Define construction sequencing, key milestones, and critical dependencies
Identify site-related risks and interface conflicts and propose mitigation strategies
Support project governance and decision-making with clear technical inputs
Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
10+ years of experience on complex industrial or infrastructure projects
Strong expertise in site masterplanning, engineering coordination, and interface management
Experience in nuclear or other regulated environments is a strong asset
Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder project teams
