Position Summary
We are offering a challenging and rewarding position to support the Data & Information team within Aftermarket Operations. The Data & Information team works with Big Data and digital technologies to give our customers greater control of their operations. Through actionable intelligence, we empower our customers to make the shift from reactive, rapid-response operations, to become more efficient, better at-risk management, a better planned and predictable business.
The primary role of the Services Business Specialist is to offer Rolls-Royce’s Time & Material customers EHM Service Proposals and support them throughout their service setup process. The Services Business Specialist will also be responsible for providing EHM Service reporting to the wider Rolls-Royce community, to inform and support future strategies.
