- Lead regular customer engagement including:
- Monthly / quarterly reviews
- Operational performance and service discussions
- Upcoming site needs and fleet plans
- Tender and contract pipeline updates
- Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience that strengthens RRPSβ reputation and long-term relationship value.
- Visit regional mine sites regularly and build direct engagement with customer leadership and mine officials.
3) Offer Development, Costing, Negotiation, and Contracting Support
- Lead and/or support SSCs and distributors in:
- Costing and commercial offer preparation
- Contract negotiation and commercial alignment
- Execution setup and readiness planning
- Support offer development activities including:
- Swing engine setup planning
- Labour and tooling scope alignment
- Rebuild planning and execution setup coordination
- Parts and service delivery planning aligned to customer uptime requirements
- Prepare and submit required internal documents as part of the offer process (e.g., ADR, BnB) where applicable.
- Verify commercial aspects and evaluate risks in collaboration with Controlling, adjusting quotations when needed.
- Obtain necessary approvals from technical, commercial, legal, and export control stakeholders and ensure final offers remain compliant.
4) Business Development and Market Expansion (APAC Mining + Repower)
- Analyse mining application and market-specific sales data to drive regional strategy execution.
- Detect market trends early (repowering cycles, customer fleet expansion, new mine developments, OEM competitiveness).
- Identify and prioritise new mining projects and ensure timely internal visibility of opportunities.
- Support the repower engineering team by aligning customer needs, timelines, and commercial positioning.
- Contribute to the launch of new products and regional marketing approaches within assigned countries.
- Drive measurable market development activities such as:
- Mining customer seminars and workshops
- Roadshows and distributor enablement initiatives
- End-customer engagement programmes
- Repower solution campaigns to increase market penetration
5) Opportunity Reporting and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Ensure timely registration and updates of mining projects across assigned countries in CEC reporting.

- Strong experience in key account management and long-cycle sales, including tendering and solution selling.
- Experience engaging with customers in remote and high-demand operational environments (e.g., mine sites).
- Experience in APAC regional sales coverage (Indonesia, Australia, India or broader APAC exposure is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of the mining customer environment, including uptime-driven decision-making and lifecycle support needs.
