Job Title: Risk Intelligence Analyst

Working Pattern: Fulltime - hybrid
Location: Indianapolis, IN

As the Risk Intelligence Analyst within the Rolls-Royce Corporate & Defense Security team, you will draw on a deep understanding of how bad actors exploit technologies that Rolls-Royce manufacturers by leveraging a variety of intelligence sources. You will conduct investigations, analyze intelligence, ultimately mitigate risk for Rolls-Royce. This role sits at the intersection of technology, policy and investigations which requires strong analytical and collaboration skills.

What you will be doing:

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to work collaboratively with a variety of Rolls-Royce Department of Defense (DoD) programs and intelligence agencies to help protect Rolls-Royce people infrastructure and information systems.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Use initiative to rapidly assess events and incidents within the company’s areas of interest for potential impact on client locations, business travelers and communication accordingly
  • Collect, analyze and disseminate threat intelligence to business leaders
  • Provide location risk assessments, verbal briefings, visual presentations and written reports
  • Threat Analysis and Risk Detection by proactively searching for and identifying internal and external threats towards Rolls-Royce products
  • Prepare and conduct intelligence briefings and insider threat training that is tailored to programs
  • Contribute to the development of security strategies and plans
  • Provide expert analysis and advice on potential security incidents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest threat intelligence tools, techniques and best practices

Basic Requirements:

  • Associates degree and 4+ years of experience, OR;
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR;
  • Master’s degree OR;
  • JD/PhD, OR in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience;
  • To be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in the DoD Intelligence Community
  • Advanced search techniques leveraging open-source intelligence domains
  • Must be highly organized, proactive and with strong initiative
  • Passion for research and problem-solving
  • Creative mindset, capable of identifying effective solutions and optimal approaches to diverse situations
