Schedule

Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with rotating on-call every third weekend in Janesville, WI (Saturday only from 7:00 AM to Noon).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform various nuclear medicine procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, ensuring they meet requirements, and minimizing anxiety through clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures and related techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the testing process.
• Administer radioactive isotopes as per protocol and document necessary information.
• Operate nuclear medicine equipment to achieve desired results.
• Evaluate images and data for technical quality.
• Handle medical records and assist with image sharing as necessary.
• Document all pertinent information related to procedures in the electronic medical record.
• Order radiopharmaceuticals through vendor-specific protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program.
• Certification as a CNMT or ARRT(N) required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
