About the Role

As a Project Support Officer Intern, you will work closely with senior Project Management Officers, helping to plan, track, and deliver project activities. You'll be involved in monitoring costs, identifying risks, supporting documentation, and keeping project teams and stakeholders informed.

This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist PMOs with project planning, tracking, and execution.
• Support financial monitoring and reporting, including budget management using Planisware.
• Contribute to risk management activities, helping identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare project reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.
• Act as a point of contact within the integrated project team and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
