Actively support initiatives that build long-term capacity in trades pipelines, ensuring Indigenous candidates are well-positioned for success in high-demand, unionized roles.

  • Manage and present candidate recommendations for various open positions, ensuring candidate profiles are aligned with role requirements and organizational needs. Provide timely insights and summaries to the recruitment team to support effective hiring decisions.

  • Drive programs, such as Career Launch and Internship programs, including mentorship coordination, tuition processing, transcript collection, recruitment processes and placement logistics.

  • Plan and participate in community outreach initiatives such as career support days, job fairs, and informational sessions.

  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with Indigenous organizations and community partners.

  • Lead youth engagement with local Indigenous communities and school boards (e.g., advisors and student‑facing events) and coordinate logistics for school talks, assemblies, career days, and virtual sessions.
