Job Title: Overhaul Business Administrator

Working Pattern: Fulltime

Working location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site Customer Site)

The Overhaul Business Administrator (OBA) is a support position within the Aftermarket Operations organization. It is a key resource for the Overhaul Business Manager (OBM) and will interface daily with the MRO service provider. The ideal candidate must be able to coordinate many different kinds of operational activities in a technically diverse global environment and ensure our executive data systems are up to date at all times. This role is a full-time, on-site position and does not offer a remote or hybrid work schedule.

What you will be doing

With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:

  • Ensure the status of all engines in the MRO value stream is understood, recorded, and can be clearly articulated at all times
  • Identify and understand drivers for each engine that impact MRO performance
  • Support the daily activities of the Overhaul Support Team and OBM as required
  • Interface with the Fleet Planning Team

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 2+ years of service related experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree , OR
  • Master’s degree , OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • 4+ years of service related experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize, work independently or in a team environment with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with shop personnel
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic ability, problem solving, and decision making
  • Experience working with multiple business functions, both technical and non-technical
