Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, youβll help define and deliver how complex, nuclear-grade components are made ensuring processes are robust, repeatable, and meet strict industry standards for safety and quality.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-integrity nuclear components.
Create detailed, traceable documentation such as work instructions and control plans.
Ensure all methods align with strict nuclear codes and standards (e.g. ASME, RCC-M).
Support process validation to confirm manufacturing meets design intent.
Work closely with design, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure readiness for production.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost process reliability and efficiency

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Solid understanding of manufacturing process development and validation.
Familiarity with safety-critical standards (e.g., ASME, RCC-M, ISO 9001).
Experience producing and managing process documentation and control plans.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with design and QA teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working with highly regulated or precision manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
