Lead Customer Contract Management Specialist

As a member of the China Nuclear Service team, this role will be responsible for Taisha and other CGN Arabelle fleet MYA.
This role will require you to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of service ITR process.  Leveraging your exceptional customer communication and business development skills, you will drive growth in service demand and enhance customer satisfaction.
This role is based on Taishan nuclear plant site.

Responsibilities:

• Taishan MYA site manager (80%):
  • ITO: lead to develop new core service opportunities under Taishan MYA .
  • ITO: lead to develop new upgrade opportunities in Taishan .
  • ITO: support spare parts team in Taishan spare parts ITO.
  • OTR: execute and track of core service , including engineering, outage, repair, ensuring milestones are met on time under Taishan MYA.
  • OTR: support PM to execute upgrade opportunities in Taishan .
  • OTR: support spare parts team in Taishan spare parts execution .
  • Team management: guarantee Taishan Service team and all operations will fully apply to company Compliance policies; Improve daily management with workflow map to support team members/ new hires to grow, manage the succession plan in Taishan

• Other CGN Arabelle fleets (20%):
  • ITO: lead to develop new core service opportunities in other CGN Arabelle fleets
  • ITO: lead to develop new upgrade opportunities in other CGN Arabelle fleets.
  • ITO: support spare parts team in CGN fleet spare parts ITO.
  • OTR: execute and track of engineering service, outage service plans, ensuring milestones are met on time in other CGN Arabelle fleets.
  • OTR: support PM to execute upgrade opportunities in other CGN Arabelle fleets.
  • OTR: support spare parts team in CGN fleet spare parts execution.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and pursue new service opportunities within the existing client base to expand service scope and revenue.

Basic Qualifications (Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field related to conventional island.
• 10 years of experience in project management or engineering of  nuclear conventional island or 600 MW above fossil plant turbine hall, at least 3 years of experience in nuclear conventional island.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven experience in client communication and key account management.
• Demonstrated capability in business development and opportunity expansion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Desired Qualifications:

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)is a plus.
• Work Experience in nuclear site is a plus.
• Fluent French is a plus.
