主要职责
实验操作
• 在 BSL-2 条件下分离并培养外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）。
• 使用柱基或磁珠方法进行 RNA 提取。
• 使用 Qubit、NanoDrop 和 TapeStation 检测核酸质量。
• 严格遵循无菌操作准备试剂、缓冲液和培养基。
仪器操作与维护
• 操作并校准常规实验室设备，包括离心机、PCR 仪、生物安全柜和自动化液体处理器。
• 执行日常维护，记录设备使用日志，并在需要时协调设备维修。
样本与数据管理
• 接收、标记、跟踪并存储生物样本，使用实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）。
• 记录实验元数据，并整理实验结果供计算生物学团队使用。
质量与合规
• 遵循内部标准操作流程（SOP）、GLP 准则及环境健康与安全（EH&S）要求。
• 参与内部审计，并为实验流程的持续优化做出贡献。
团队支持
• 监控并补充实验室耗材，及时下单以避免停工。
• 参与每日团队会议，清晰汇报实验进展及问题。
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician with a strong background in wet-lab techniques to support our experimental and translational research programs. This role will involve hands-on cell culture, RNA preparation, sample tracking, and laboratory maintenance. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values experimental precision, and wants to contribute directly to the development of next-generation RNA-based therapeutics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bench Operations
• Isolate and culture peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) under BSL-2 conditions.
• Perform RNA extraction using column-based and magnetic-bead protocols.
• Assess nucleic acid quality using Qubit, NanoDrop, and TapeStation.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and media with strict adherence to sterile technique.
Instrumentation & Maintenance
• Operate and calibrate standard lab equipment, including centrifuges, thermal cyclers, biosafety cabinets, and automated liquid handlers.
• Perform routine maintenance, maintain instrument logs, and coordinate service visits as needed.
Sample & Data Management
• Receive, label, track, and store biological specimens using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Record experimental metadata and organize data for the computational biology team.
Quality & Compliance
• Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GLP guidelines, and EH&S requirements.
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of protocols.
Team Support
• Monitor and replenish laboratory consumables; place orders to avoid downtime.
• Participate in daily team meetings and communicate experiment progress and issues clearly.

• 生物学、生物化学、生物技术或相关生命科学领域本科及以上学历。
• 至少 3 年实验室工作经验（学术或工业环境均可）。
• 熟悉细胞培养、RNA 提取及常规分子生物学技术。

• 能够长时间站立，并在需要时搬运 11 公斤以内的实验物资。
加分技能
• 具备大规模 RNA 测序（bulk RNA-seq）相关经验。
• 拥有良好的分析思维、问题解决和科研沟通能力。
• 熟悉项目管理软件和工具。
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related life science field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting (academic or industry).
• Familiarity with cell culture, RNA extraction, and general molecular biology techniques.
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift laboratory supplies up to 11 kg as needed.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
• Experience with bulk RNA-seq analysis.
• Strong background in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific communication.
• Familiar with project management software and tools.
