The HR Administrative Executive will manage local HR operations in Gutor Office in India. To support day to day operation with approximately 20 employees, to assist line managers and employees across the entire HR lifecycle. The person will be responsible to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, including onboarding, talent management, performance and compensation management, payroll and headcount reporting. The person will report to Regional HRBP, Asia Pacific to work closely in maintaining compliance, drive employee engagement aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR strategic programs implementation in alignment with HR global policies.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits, medical and insurance administration.
- Maintain HR documentations, employee records, and compliance reports.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement and high-performance culture initiatives.
- Participate in all global HR projects for local deployment.
- Administer and organize training activities for India employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industrial relations regulations.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (Human Resource Management)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Physically based in Gutor Pune, India Office (no hybrid mode)
