Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable for the delivery of all Facility Management budget/operational activity within their portfolio, ensuring that statutory obligations are met, our strategy aligns with our business and is delivered efficiently/effectively.
  • Ensure the service demand/delivery meets stakeholder requirements. Regularly interface with business leads, understand business plans and strategies. Proactively communicate with stakeholders and be a point of escalation for service provider issues.
  • Ensure effective management of the revenue, capital and discretionary spend end to end process, working closely with customers and suppliers for improved satisfaction and UX.
  • Support the Asset Management policy & processes such that outcomes are data driven and maximise asset lifecycle requirements. Assist with scheme development or vendor management through this process.
  • Lead/Support the effective planning, execution and reporting of compliance / assurance programmes aligning with global improvement programmes and external audit assurance.
  • Identify/Lead/Support improvement programmes across the suite of operational, commercial and behavioural activities to drive CSAT and UX across the estate.
  • Contribute to H&S programmes across their portfolio to ensure compliance and H&S Control Standards are delivered through the supply chain.
  • Provide the primary senior customer interface with Business/Site leaders, contributing to the development and alignment of facilities management services to business requirements.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, improving commercial outcomes and vendor engagement in our business.
  • Lead and support global programme delivery as required, linking in with the Global Program Leads in relevant strategic property initiatives

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree qualified with experience managing within Engineering/Facility Management environments.
  • 12+ years of related experience.
  • Strong budget management experience and commercial acumen around outsourced contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of property management, particularly compliance with relevant statutory
  • requirements.
  • Ability to develop, lead and communicate Property related projects where required by the role and function. A solid understanding of project fundamentals and working towards formal PM recognition
