Job Description

As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment for our Early Careers programmes including Summer Internships, Apprenticeships, Graduate roles, and One Year in Industry placements. You'll manage assessment centres across various disciplines, build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and the Early Careers Development Team, champion our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role is hybrid working with 3 days a week in our Culham, Oxford office

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Advertise Early Careers opportunities across various attraction channels, to engage candidates across a number of disciplines.
Manage the assessment centre, interviewing, offer and preboarding process ensuring consistent best practice and compliance.
Provide training, coaching, guidance and support to hiring managers during the hiring process, advising on recruitment best practice.
Proactively contribute to identifying and reporting on various metrics.
Advise on processes and requirements for candidates who require visa sponsorship, guiding managers through the process.
Contribute to the review, development and improvements of recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance and fairness.

Qualifications

Demonstrable Early Careers or Inhouse recruitment experience.
In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and legislation.
Proven experience of using a variety of attraction channels to attract early careers talent across various disciplines.
Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive and manage change to achieve the desired results.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise key stakeholders and guide hiring decisions
Strong organisational and problem-solving capability
A proactive attitude to personal development, embracing new responsibilities and opportunities
