Who We Are!

Elementl Power Inc. is an advanced nuclear project developer and independent power producer, building scalable pathways for clean resilient energy. We break the stalemate in advanced nuclear deployment by delivering turnkey development, financing, and ownership solutions -- empowering customers to access nuclear power without the burden of operating assets.

We’re excited to add a Vice President of Marketing & Communications to our growing team! We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader who has built and owned the communications and marketing function in the energy project development sector, with experience in advanced nuclear, utility-scale energy, or major infrastructure strongly preferred. This role requires someone who has done this before and is highly hands-on, able to set strategy while personally driving execution in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you will architect and scale the marketing function that supports Elementl’s next phase of growth. You will shape the long-term strategy, build the operational foundation, and ensure the team, tools, and systems are in place for high-impact delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead brand strategy, content, communications, digital marketing, and event marketing, ensuring Elementl’s value proposition is clearly articulated to customers, communities, policymakers, investors, and industry partners. You’ll design the marketing organization, hire and mentor talent, manage the budget, and roll up your sleeves as needed to deliver high-quality, timely work.

This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who excels in both strategy and execution and is ready to define how Elementl shows up to the world - as an emerging leader in advanced nuclear project development and a catalyst for clean, resilient energy.

What You'll Do!

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute Elementl’s marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and the company’s project development roadmap.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CCO and executive team, providing insight on market positioning, audience engagement, and competitive trends.
  • Build and lead the marketing organization, including hiring, coaching, resourcing, and managing the marketing budget.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, optimize resource allocation, and refine strategy to improve ROI and impact.
  • Conduct market research to inform positioning, messaging, and growth opportunities.
Brand, Content & Communications
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to create a strong, recognizable presence for an advanced nuclear project development company.
  • Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications, marketing collateral, and storytelling.
  • Oversee creation of high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, web copy, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate communications; serve as company spokesperson as needed.
  • Support external narrative-building around key milestones such as customer engagements, project siting, community outreach, and technology deployment.
  • Oversee internal communications in partnership with HR to reinforce culture, engagement, and clarity.
Digital Marketing, Web & Campaign Performance
  • Lead digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, email, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Oversee Elementl’s web strategy and presence, including UX improvements, content updates, and technology integrations.
  • Drive data-driven campaigns and use analytics to inform decision-making, optimize audience targeting, and improve conversion and engagement.
  • Champion tools, systems, and best practices to scale digital capabilities across the team.
Events, Conferences & External Engagement
  • Develop and lead Elementl’s event and conference strategy to strengthen brand visibility, industry presence, and thought leadership.
  • Prioritize high-impact conferences and partnerships, securing strategic sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution and engagement, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing goals.
  • Track performance and ROI to continually refine event strategy and impact.
  • Build and manage a bench of subject matter experts to represent Elementl across industry and policy forums.
Experiences You’ll Bring!

You have 10+ years of marketing and communications experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role where you have built and led a marketing function. You have done this work before - successfully - and bring deep experience operating in complex, technical, or highly regulated industries, ideally within energy project development. Experience in advanced nuclear or adjacent technologies is a strong differentiator.

You are a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have led the marketing function as its senior-most leader and scaled it in a complex, technical, or highly regulated industry, ideally in energy project development or advanced nuclear.
  • Have led integrated marketing strategies for long-cycle, multi-stakeholder projects and know how to position technical or infrastructure companies with clear, compelling narratives.
  • Know how to position technical or infrastructure companies, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives across brand, content, and communications.
  • Bring experience in high-credibility external communications - media, conferences, government audiences - and can communicate exceptionally well across customers, partners, investors, policymakers, and communities.
  • Are data-driven, with hands-on experience in digital marketing and web strategy, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, analytics, and UX for B2B and technical audiences.
  • Work effectively in multi-stakeholder energy environments, partnering seamlessly with engineering, licensing, regulatory, development, and operations teams to support project milestones.
  • Have led event and conference strategies that elevate visibility and support community engagement and project development—while operating with a strategic, hands-on, execution-first approach.

If you’re a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is energized by shaping the story of a next-generation nuclear project development company, we’d love to hear from you.

The base salary range for this role is $165,000-$210,000, and has a bonus opportunity.
