Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned scopes across planning, procurement, and construction phases of high-rise building projects. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery, working under the direction of the Project Lead.
Core Responsibilities
Design & Planning Support
Coordinate consultant deliverables to ensure alignment with project brief and authority requirements
Manage design review cycles and ensure technical coordination across disciplines
Support value engineering efforts
Procurement & Package Management
Prepare scopes, RFPs, and support evaluation of assigned packages
Manage early works, infrastructure, or vertical construction packages under delegated authority
Liaise with Commercial team to align on procurement timelines and budgets
Construction Supervision
Oversee daily site progress for assigned works; ensure quality and HSE compliance
Lead coordination meetings and track contractor performance
Monitor statutory approvals and inspection closures
Programme & Risk Monitoring
Track programme milestones and identify delays or risks early
Maintain a package-level risk register and escalate where necessary
Provide inputs to project reporting and dashboards
Handover Preparation
Support testing, commissioning, and snagging completion
Ensure as-built documentation, approvals, and handover certificates are prepared
Liaise with FM and Customer Experience teams during unit release
Experience & Qualifications
A total of 10-15 years’ experience is necessary.
UAE experience of 2-5 years is ideal.
Relevant Project Management experience over 3 years managing defined packages or components.
Experience in sectors such as Residential or Commercial towers is necessary.
Software experience: MS Project, Aconex, SharePoint, MS Teams.
Knowledge of DDA Authority approvals, QA/QC, handover workflows and HSE compliance would be an added advantage.
