Program Manager, Project Engineering (US)

The Program Manager, Project Engineering, will lead and coordinate complex engineering projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams, guide technical decisions, and maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building consensus, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Accountabilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in coordination with project managers and other resources to achieve project objectives.
• Develop engineering scope and resource plans for proposals, including timelines, estimates, and work allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalations, and risks.
• Coordinate project activities through engineering leads, supervisors, and managers, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts and provide guidance on complex technical problems across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with broad responsibilities; experience in nuclear power plant operations, design, licensing, or construction preferred.
• Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, decision-making, and judgment in complex situations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and adaptability skills to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety culture, quality assurance standards, and regulatory compliance.
