Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Entry Level CT Scan Technologist
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Scan Technologist to join a premier hospital system in the Houston, Texas area. This is a full-time, evening position ideal for an individual passionate about patient care and committed to the highest standards of diagnostic imaging in a supportive, technologically advanced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive range of routine and special CT procedures.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, providing direct assistance during diagnostic and special procedures.
- Ensure exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Strictly adhere to radiation safety standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT equipment.
Requirements:
- Education: Must hold a relevant degree or certification in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy.
- Experiences: This is an entry-level position; candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Other:
- Required Certification (must have one at hire): ARRT-R (Radiologic Technologist), ARRT-N (Nuclear Medicine Tech), ARRT-THR (Radiation Therapy), or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist).
- Must obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 6 months of hire if with <1 year of CT experience, or within 1 year if with 1+ years of CT experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided by a premier hospital system.
Schedule:
