Leads and manages a dedicated Special Projects function within Maaden’s Exploration Division, with full accountability for identifying, evaluating, and enabling the advancement of emerging mineral commodity opportunities—including but not limited to uranium, rare earth elements, and other non-core resources that fall outside the company’s traditional portfolio. Operating with a high level of discretion, strategic insight, and technical depth, the role is responsible for:

The Manager, Exploration – Early Stage Special Projects is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of Maaden’s Special Exploration Projects, with a focus on emerging and non-traditional mineral opportunities such as uranium, rare earth elements, and other strategic commodities beyond the core portfolio. | 6. Qualifications and Experience: | |
| Minimum Qualification: | Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a closely related field. |
