Job Purpose                                      

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and B Sc. Cardiac Care Technology   

Relevant Experience:    

0 - 2 years of experience in field of Non Invasive                                

Responsibilities

  • Performance of echo tests in all patients.
  • Preparing the reports of echo studies and reports to HOD
  • Performance of emergency and bedside echos in various wards as needed  and reports back to HOD
  • Performance of TMT according to prescribed protocols including preparation of patients and processing of reports
  • Performance of holter test and reporting to the doctors concerned.
  • Responsible for regular check of all equipment’s
  • Responsible for preparing the duty roster in consultation with the HOD
  • Responsible for maintenance of stock in the department and raise indents to the stores as and when required.
  • Ensure that the billing of all patients is done as per the hospital policies
  • In case TEE is done to liaise with the cardiologist and see that all the equipment’s are kept ready and patients are counseled and to assist cardiologist in the procedure.
  • In case Dobutamine stress is done to ensure that all the equipment’s needed is available and consent taken and patient counseled and to assist cardiologist in the procedure.
  • In case radionuclide stress is done to liaise with the Nuclear Medicine Department and see that the tests are done with minimum delay.
  • Ensure that all reports are dispatched at the earliest to enable better patient care.
  • Maintain up to date records of all procedures done.
